wtf. wtf. wtfff. my toenail chipped): boooooo. okay so it's mother's day. i gave cookies to my grandma and my mom. i thought they didn't taste very good and i thought i'd screwed it up cos of the vanilla essence, and they took like thirty minutes in the oven when the book said ten, but my grandma said it was good so i hope so. HAHA. maybe i WILL bake again(: but the mess is unbearable and i can't clean for nuts.

I'M NEVER BAKING COOKIES AGAIN. EVER. well, i don't think so anyway, especially not on my own. so pissing. after i put them in the oven i suddenly realised that i'd forgotten to put in the vanilla essence. BOOOOOOOO. so then i put icing, half of which i ended up not using. bleah. but i guess they taste okay, apart from the missing vanilla essence. and they all have that really overpowering smell, like when you walk past ben and jerry's. that very very sweet smell. yep. haha. A LOT of sugar went into the icing okay. like 250 grams to two egg whites. haha. that's why i only ate half a cookie. it's A LOT of sugar okay. i piped hearts on top of three but then i just gave up and made them look a bit wrong. wth. and the cookie dough seemed a bit dry so i asked my grandmother and she just started laughing at me and watched me while i poked it and stuff, trying to figure it out myself. AND my uncle and my aunt and my mom too. bleah. i think trying to cook bake on my own is a badbad idea and i shouldn't ever do it again. but then again, the only other person i can possibly bake with is my grandmother, and that'll probably ending up with her telling me not to get in her way and me leaving the kitchen in a huff. bleah. yep, no more baking. well, not unless i have someone helping me and making it fun.

had time trials today. i'm tired now): joscelin yeo's brother is our new coach or something, at least until nationals. cos we bullied hairy toes too much, and he just gave into us, but WHATEVER. he was mean. yeah. but i think i improved(: haha. my fifty free is 40.90 and my fifty breast is 47.35 or something now(: it's not good at national standard or anything, it's actually really bad for a school swimmer, but it's an improvement(: and according to mr yeo or whatever we're supposed to call hime, we should improve under two months intensive training. intensive. i don't think i go quite well with the word intensive, but if i get faster, then FINE BY ME. omg yes, going there was HELL. i'm not much of a walker/runner, or a swimmer for that matter. you can tell from my timing. i don't know why everyone thinks that swimmers are naturally good runners, but not all are. i mean, there are quite a few that are good at both, i'm just not one of them. so when i found out mrs bowness didn't get a bus for us i considered not going. bleah. cos it was at smu, so i guess she thought it'd be really easy for us to get there, so we took a bus and then walked a helluva distance to the entrance and then to the pool. haha and while we were waiting to cross the road this taxi went by and there was this really nerdy guy sitting in the backseat with his mouth pressed up against the glass waving at us frantically. loser lah. and the guy sitting in front was like raising his hand to apologise to us for his friend's retarded behaviour.
